Several flavors are available, all varieties are smoked cheese. 

Sold at 3oz of high quality freeze dried cheese in a 1 pint mylar bag.

Mild Cheddar: Contains: Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, color added Natural Smoke Flavor

Provolone: Contains: Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, and Enzymes. Natural Smoke Flavor

Gouda: Contains: Pasteurized Milk and Skim, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, Carotene (color)Cultured Pasteurized milk and skim milk, whey, cream, sodium citrate, corn starch, less than 2% of enzymes, salt, annatto color, sodium phosphate, guar gum, sorbic acid (to protect flavor)
